Loop Capital analyst Laura Champine raised her price target on Costco to $290 and kept her Buy rating, saying her analysis of the company's new store productivity suggests improvement relative to last year that is helped in part by its expansion into the less competitive international markets. The analyst sees Costco's current August quarter comps growth at 5% and believes that the company's growth and stability profile warrant a higher target valuation than the current 29-times forward earnings multiple.
