Maxim analyst Brian Kinstlinger downgraded Copsync to Hold from Buy as he believes the delisting of its stock will make it more difficult to raise needed capital. With Copsync having delayed releasing its Q4 results and 10-K filing, Kinstlinger lacks information to evaluate the company, he tells investors, adding that he has removed his price target on the stock.
