Seaport Global analyst led by Mike Kelly upgraded Callon Petroleum to Buy and raised its price target to $11 from $8. The analyst said the industry trend of downspacing in the Lower Sprabery gives Callon enough inventory scale with high-return prospects and said valuation is cheaper than other Permian growth names.
