Canaccord analyst Sam Burwell raised his price target on Callon Petroleum to $18 from $15 following the company's announcement of acquiring acreage in Howard County, which significantly deepened its inventory. The analyst also cited Callon's recent capital raise, which strengthened its balance sheet. Burwell reiterated his Buy rating on Callon Petroleum shares.
