Oppenheimer analyst Colin Rusch downgraded Capstone Turbine to Perform from Outperform, saying Capstone posted results in line with its pre-announcement and while operations have been right-sized, revenue growth is proving more challenging than expected. With the recent decline in share price, Rusch tells investors in a research note that Capstone has limited market cap and access to cash should it not reach positive cash flow metrics near-term and he is stepping to the sidelines as sales growth has not materialized as soon as expected and bookings do not suggest near-term inflection on sales.
