UBS analyst Nick Yulico downgraded Camden Property Trust to Sell saying the current valuation is not reflecting the risk of Sunbelt supply hurting revenue growth in coming years. The analyst has concerns about Camden's Houston exposure, along with other Sunbelt markets like Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte, showing weaker rent growth in 2017. He cut his price target for the shares to $81 from $85.
