After IAC (IAC) agreed to buy Angie's List (ANGI), SunTrust analyst Mark Hughes says that, if Crawford's Contractor Connection subsidiary is given the same multiple that Angie's List obtained, the unit would be worth $260M. If the rest of the company was valued at 8 times EBTIDA, the stock would be worth $17-$18 per share, the analyst stated. Hughes believes that Crawford's valuation is "very attractive," and he keeps a $15 price target and a Buy rating on the stock.
