Piper Jaffray analyst Stephanie Wissink downgraded Carter's to Neutral saying her firm's survey of 1,050 women indicated the company ceded its top rank and market share. Shares may be range bound amid increased competition and elevated promotions, Wissink tells investors in a research note. She cut her price target for shares to $105 from $116.
