BMO Capital analyst Daniel Salmon initiated Criteo with an Outperform and a $70 price target saying its access to first-party data from customers allows it to leverage its competitive advantage against most ad tech vendors. Salmon expects revenue ex-TAC to move higher driven by mid-market penetration, emerging markets, accessing search/acquisition budgets, and expansion into the FMCG vertical, combined with strong technical innovation should support a take rate higher than most competitors.
