JPMorgan analyst Michael Glick upgraded Carrizo Oil & Gas to Overweight citing lower completed well costs in the Eagle Ford. The company has among the most operational flexibility in the sector, Glick tells investors in a research note. He raised his price target for the shares to $40 from $35.
