SunTrust analyst Neal Dingmann lowered his price target on Carrizo Oil to $23 after the company's Q4 results suggested "operational issues" that caused production impact at Eagle Ford and Delaware. Dingmann keeps his Buy rating however, stating that the company's outlook is typically conservative by not "including efficiencies and recent improved well results". The analyst adds that Carrizo's current valuation of below 4-times expected FY19 earnings is too low for an "onshore growth E&P with adequate financials".
