Macquarie analyst Rajesh Ghai upgraded Cisco Systems to Neutral saying significant further downside is unlikely following the recent underperformance of the shares. The dividend is at minimal risk and could be raised in Q3, Ghai tells investors in a research note. He keeps a $26 price target for the stock.
