RBC Capital analyst Mitch Steves raised his price target on Cisco to $52 from $50 and kept his Outperform rating after its "solid" Q4 results and guidance. The analyst believes that the company's recurring revenue will accelerate from its 32% of the total given continued growth in applications and security, which will allow Cisco to continue growing at mid-single digits in the near future and see operating margins expand. Steves is also positive on the shares based on the company's remaining $19B repurchase program.
