This represents "60% outperformance potential, based on a fairly modest" assumptions, Bhagavath tells investors. The assumptions include a 16 times enterprise value to free cash flow multiple on his $4.55 fiscal 2021 free cash flow per share scenario. The analyst's bull case for fiscal 2021 calls for a 7% sales growth scenario at 65% gross margin, 35% operating margin, and low-teens free cash flow growth. Bhagavath keeps a Buy rating on shares of Cisco.
