Stephens analyst Brett Huff said he would be a buyer of CoStar Group following the company's earnings report and associated call, noting that the company's CEO said on the call that sales momentum is the strongest he has ever seen at the company. After last December, this past January was the second best month ever for sales, he added, according to Huff, who maintains an Overweight rating on the CoStar and its reviewing his $395 price target.
