After Canadian Solar's stock fell 5% after the company disclosed information on its yieldco, Roth Capital says that investors were expecting more details about the yieldco and may have been disappointed by the company's statement that it could need additinoal capital during the yieldco transition. However, the firm thinks the company is poised to generate high quality cash available for distribution, and Roth says it expected the company to pursue non-equity capital raising options. Roth raised its price target on the name to $46 from $40 and reiterates a Buy rating.
