UBS analyst Brent Thill downgraded Cornerstone OnDemand to Neutral saying "significant portions" of the business are not "seeing returns." The company's Q4 billings guidance implies "material deceleration," Thill tells investors in a research note. He cut his price target for the shares to $40 from $50 following Cornerstone's Q3 results. Credit Suisse and JPMorgan also downgraded the shares this morning.
