Needham analyst Scott Berg raised his price target on Cornerstone OnDemand to $60 following his meetings with the company CFO Brian Swartz, saying he came away "more positive" on its ability to achieve its $150M free cash flow target by 2020. Berg also believes the company's new strategic initiatives can produce "consistent subscription revenue growth over the near-term", adding that the stock is undervalued given that its growth vectors in Recruiting and in Content are "ripe markets for well positioned product". The analyst further notes that the involvement by Silver Lake in refocusing the sales force has been positive for Cornerstone OnDemand.
