MUFG analyst Stephen Bersey raised his price target for Cornerstone OnDemand to $55 saying the company "exhibited another quarter of momentum as it further progressed along its strategic plan." Sales productivity and margin improvement were once again highlights of the quarter, Bersey tells investors in a post-earnings research note. However, the analyst thinks Cornerstone's next leg of growth will require sustained success outside of the human resources vertical, which he notes he has yet to see. As such, Bersey reiterates a Neutral rating on Cornerstone OnDemand.
