Stifel analyst John Baugh believes Caesarstone weakness following its earnings report is a buying opportunity as he does not think there are long-term structural issues on gross margins. Gross margin headwinds due to foreign exchange and raw materials seem to be "abating somewhat," while the U.S. growth rate remains favorable, said Baugh, who keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
