JPMorgan analyst Michael Rehaut downgraded Caesarstone to Underweight saying competition is likely to increase and limit earnings growth. The analyst believes gross margin downside is likely over time and cut his price target for the shares to $25 from $35. He expects the shares to underperform peers.
