Deutsche Bank analyst Amit Mehrotra raised his price target for CSX to $79 after spending time with management. The analyst says that while he's been positive on the shares, he came away "much more positive" on prospective opportunities for cost take-out both with respect to management's focus on cost reduction across the enterprise as well as magnitude of opportunities. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on CSX shares.
