RBC Capital analyst Gary Bisbee says Cintas's (CTAS) acquisition of G&K Services (GK) "makes sense and should be strongly accretive over time." The analyst adds that while the purchase price "looks full," the proposed acquisition is a positive for Cintas. Bisbee keeps a Sector Perform rating on Cintas as he believes the good news is already priced in at current share levels.
