As previously reported, Guggenheim downgraded Ctrip.com to Neutral from Buy. Analyst Jake Fuller said Ctrip's near-term outlook continues to soften as the Skyscanner acquisition laps, the fall-out from the daycare center scandal, and the loss of cross-sell revenue with the crack down on default opt-in. Fuller believes it will be increasingly difficult for Ctrip to reach its long-term growth and margin objectives with growth slowing and competition increasing.
