Cowen lowered Cognizant's (CTSH) price target to $65 from $70 and lowered FY16 estimates below consensus given Managed Care exposure. The firm said near-term visibility is clouded from increased M&A activity in the managed care space and elevated anti-sourcing rhetoric. Cowen removed Cognizant as its top ITS pick and replaced it with Accenture (ACN), but maintains its Outperform rating on shares and said issues are transitory and the company remains well positioned in secular shift to outsourcing.
