Baird analyst David Koning noted that Infosys (INFY), which is scheduled to report earnings this week, has provided initial full-year revenue guidance that fell below the consensus view in each of the past three years. However, peer Cognizant (CTSH) generally didn't move much on those days and he doubts Cognizant will trade down much if it happens again, given that expectations for Cognizant are currently "quite low" and those for Infosys are "quite high." Koning, who view Cognizant's valuation as attractive and thinks "mild upside" to its revenue is possible in Q1, keeps an Outperform rating on Cognizant shares.
