Jefferies analyst John DiFucci downgraded Citrix to Underperform saying the majority of activist-driven efficiency gains have been realized. The shares are overvalued at current levels, DiFucci tells investors in a research note. He expects the GoTo separation and imminent sale will likely create less value to shareholders than anticipated. The analyst cut his price target for the shares to $71 from $80.
