Goldman analyst Brian Lee initiated Covanta with a Sell and a $12.50 price target. The analyst sees limited growth in the US waste-to-energy market due to flattish volumes, environmental concerns around release of pollutants, and challenged economics given lower power prices and cheap cost of landfilling.
