Barclays analyst Jon Windham upgraded Covanta to Overweight saying current share levels offer a buying opportunity. He views the recent pullback as overdone and lowered his price target for the shares to $15 from $16. Windham notes that remains cautious on Covanta's long-term growth outlook.
