Goldman analyst Neil Mehta upgraded Cenovus Energy to Buy saying it had one of the best balance sheets in the groups following asset sales and a dividend reduction, strong free cash flow in 2017 given low capex and expected improvement in commodity prices, and attractive valuation. The analyst raised his price target on Cenovus shares to $16 from $14.
