Citi analyst Prashant Rao upgraded Cenovus Energy to Buy from Neutral saying the company delivered at last week's investor day. Cenovus spoke of capital discipline and its ability to generate ample funds from operations to cover capex and the dividend, even at $45 oil, Rao tells investors in a research note.
