As previously reported, Lake Street analyst Eric Martinuzzi downgraded Commvault to Hold from Buy, citing large enterprise unpredictability, management turnover, and pricing clarity. The analyst says Commvault struggled with execution issues in Q4, and notes that the weakness in the Q1 guide appears to indicate the problem is unlikely to resolve in the short term. Martinuzzi also lowered his price target on the shares to $60 from $69.
