Jefferies analyst john DiFucci lowered his price target on Commvault to $65 after its Q4 earnings miss that was driven by execution issues and the immediate departure of the head of sales following the quarter end. The analyst is keeping his Buy rating on the stock however, noting that while the company's strategy may remain "in flux" until another strategic plan is initiated, its valuation at 4.5-times enterprise value to next-twelve-months recurring revenues remains "compelling."
