As noted earlier, Stifel downgraded Covenant to Hold from Buy. Analyst John Larkin says that the company's holiday performance " appears to continue to be underwhelming." He thinks that its strategy of providing drivers for e-commerce supply chains may take some time to bear fruit. Larkin also cited valuation as a reason for the downgrade. Target to $20 from $24.
