Stephens analyst Brad Delco upgraded Covenant Transportation to Overweight and increased its price target to $25 from $20 saying it is one of the most attractively valued names in the group. Delco believes the sector is hitting a "cyclical" inflection in TL fundamentals and sees significant operating leverage and untapped earnings potential for Coventant.
