Seaport Global analyst Kevin Sterling upgraded Covenant Transportation to Buy and established a $40 price target given the strong freight environment and pricing. The analyst believes the freight market is beginning a multi-year cycle and that significant rate increases will continue for a few years as shippers try to lock-in capacity.
