Canaccord analyst Ken Herbert noted CPI Aerostructures entered into a court ordered stipulation with Air Industries regarding its WMI acquisition. The analyst believes this is a very positive resolution and now expects the transaction to close in early December, assuming timelines are met. He now believes the 2019 outlook for CPI has improved significantly. Herbert reiterated his Buy rating and $12 price target on CPI Aerostructures.
