Citi analyst Dan McGoey added Cemex to his firm's Focus List citing the 12% pullback in the shares since his December 19 upgrade to Buy. The company's top priority remains recovering investment grade metrics, and "relevant" acquisitions or repurchases are unlikely until that's achieved, McGoey tells investors in a research note after speaking to management. He sees a "great" entry point at current share levels.
