After Israeli newspaper Ha'aretz reported that Check Point Software (CHKP) and CyberArk (CYBR) have been holding preliminary discussions regarding a potential acquisition of CyberArk by Check Point, Oppenheimer thinks there is a low chance of such a deal taking place. The firm notes that Check Point has not made large acquisitions in the past.
