After Israeli newspaper Ha'aretz reported that CyberArk (CYBR) was in preliminary takeover talks with Check Point (CHKP) and CyberArk's stock rose to about $43 in aftermarket trading yesterday, JMP Securities says it believes that Check Point would have to pay significantly more than $43 per share for CyberArk. The firm says that CyberArk "is highly attractive" to Check Point. JMP Securities reiterates a $72 price target and Outperform rating on CyberArk.
