SunTrust analyst David MacDonald believes Community Health's (CYH) agreement to sell 80% of its home health division to Almost Family (AFAM) "makes sense." The move allows Community to continue streamlining its operations while partnering with a company that has "solid expertise" in home health, MacDonald tells investors in a research note. He keeps a Hold rating on Community Health.
