Brean Capital analyst Difei Yang noted Cynosure reported better than expected Q3 results yet the shares were down roughly 12%. The analyst said the weakness does not make sense after a great quarter and recommends buying the shares on weakness. Yang reiterated her Buy rating and $60 price target on Cynosure shares.
