After meeting with Cypress' CFO, Oppenheimer says that demand for the company's products has not worsened in China or elsewhere. The firm thinks the company is on track to meet consensus Q4 estimates, and it recommends buying the stock on weakness. It keeps a $14 price target and Outperform rating on the shares.
