Pacific Crest analyst John Vinh recommends owning Cypress Semiconductor (CY) ahead of its Analyst Day on March 28. The analyst expects the company "to highlight growth drivers in automotive, IoT and USB-C" at the Analyst Day. He thinks that the company's USB-C opportunity in Apple's (AAPL) iPhone 8 could increase its 2018 EPS by 12c-20c. He keeps an Overweight rating on the shares.
