Fly News Breaks for June 7, 2018
UAL, DAL

Citi analyst Kevin Crissey lowered his price target for Delta Air Lines (DAL) to $65 after management revised yesterday the company's Q2 guidance. Unit revenue is now expected at the higher end of the previous range, but predictably, fuel prices will also be higher, Crissey tells investors in a research note. "Somewhat disappointingly," Q2 non-fuel unit costs were guided upward but full-year 2018 CASM ex guidance was held at 0%-2%, the analyst adds. He remains a buyer of Delta shares but sees more upside in United Continental (UAL).
