As noted earlier, RBC Capital upgraded Dana Holding to Outperform from Sector Perform. As reasons for the upgrade, analyst Joseph Spak cited valuation, his belief that the company will benefit from increased .U.S. infrastructure spending, and his belief that its capital allocation strategy will enable its EPS to beat expectations in the medium term. Target to $24 from $17.
