Demand remains subdued, but not terminal, and the bar is low enough for 3D Systems "self-help" restructuring actions alone to yield better than expected FY17 results, Hearnsberger tells investors in a research note. The analyst, who also points out the 32% short interest in the stock, maintains a $12 price target on 3D Systems shares.
