JPMorgan downgraded Deere to Underweight saying its talks with industry participants indicate the agriculture sector is in "dire straits" with the potential for a "liquidity crunch" for farmers into 2016. In addition, JPMorgan believes there are too many used Deere tractors in inventory. The firm cut its price target for shares to $84 from $90.
