BofA/Merrill raised Deere's price target to $86 as shares continue to rally with the recent spike in commodity prices and hopes that ISM and emerging markets are bottoming. The firm's analyst finds the shares expensive but notes Berkshire Hathaway recently increased its stake and believes shares can sustain support a 20x PE multiple as long as there is evidence of a bottoming in second half 2016. Deere shares are Neutral rated.
