UBS analyst Steven Fisher downgraded Deere to Neutral on valuation, saying that after a "sharp" rebound from a weak May, the stock now balances the risks of near-term caution and the potential pick-up in 2020. The analyst also raised his price target on Deere to $167 from $158, adding that while the ag dealer channel checks suggest weakening demand over the next 1-2 quarters amid the ongoing trade uncertainty, some recovery could come with the 2020 "large ag replacement cycle."
